@komoot Thanks for the follow-up. Unbelievable, that such a big company like @wahoofitness can‘t get advertised features back and running for months now 🙁 I am seriously considering switching back to @garmin
@wahoofitness @antokne JFYI, ELEMNT Companion 1.14.6 did NOT fix (all) @komoot bugs. Routes appear in the app again but it is still not possible to selectively transfer a single route to the device. It seems to sync but the route doesn’t show up. I am so sad 😭
@votecbikes Warum werden auf eurer Seite eigentlich die VRX als NEU gekennzeichnet, in der Detailansicht aber als “2017” aufgeführt und dann im verlinkten Online-Store als 2018? Aus welchem Modelljahr sind die jetzt? Und da gefühlt schon 2019 ist, wann kommen die neuen? ;-)
@antokne @wahoofitness On the other hand, when the bolt is connected to an WiFi by itself, @komoot route syncing (downloading) seems to work now. But please, please, fix the „transfer/select single komoot routes from app to device“ bug - this was the main reason buying the elemnt for me.
@antokne I assume that there is no way without a pc to downgrade the firmware, right?
@komoot @wahoofitness @antokne Ok, it‘s even worse. The latest firmware broke komoot routes completely 😫 Not connected to a Wifi, I have to reauthorize, only then created routes import into the app. BUT now selecting a route does not transfer it to the bolt device anymore. It‘s completely useless 😢
@komoot @wahoofitness JFYI downloading routes does still not work with the newest firmware. But for me it is a problem with the app anyway - because it does not work even standalone (without powered on elemnt device). Had to reauthorize again.

@antokne @komoot BTW IMHO a few versions ago an upload workout to komoot bug was fixed on your site but this was not related to the problem I have (and might also have reappeared.)
@antokne @komoot For me uploading is still fine with Strava and Dropbox, only route syncing (downloading new routes to the app/device) from komoot is broken. Is there a way to get the logs w/o computer access and where to should I sent them to?
@antokne @wahoofitness @komoot I am running 1.14.5 under iOS 11.4.1. Syncing was fine for months and stopped working 2 or 3 versions ago. This is really a show stopper for me 😢 iTunes logs will be possible after return from holidays in two weeks … There are other people seeing this according …

@wahoofitness @komoot So, deleted the entire app and set up everything from scratch. Komoot sync only works for a short period (one day?), then I have to reauthorize. Even with latest update from a couple of days ago. Who to contact now?
@komoot @wahoofitness It worked for months and then suddenly stopped working. It seems to be a problem with the app not the device. I am unsure if its related to a firmware or app update. But I had to reauthorize several times now.
@wahoofitness For me the ELEMNT iOS stopped syncing with @komoot . I always have to disconnect and reauthorize - then it works again for a short time. Is this a known issue? Will there be a fix?

@OmniOutliner No, indeed this was what I was trying but it did not work. It might be related to the fact, that I opened a document from within the iOS files app. I had to rename it there.
